HUFFPOST – The film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who was in charge of the guns on the New Mexico set, will be also charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter. The film’s assistant director, David Halls, has agreed to plead guilty to a charge of negligent use of a deadly weapon. His plea agreement includes a suspended sentence and six months of probation. Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies and special prosecutor Andrea Reeb announced the charges, which they said are expected to be filed by the end of the month.
